Refund Policy

Order Confirmation

 • Pre-orders are processed only after full payment is received.

 • Once the order is placed, the item is reserved and sent for production.

 

2. Production Time

 • Production time is approximately 10–15 working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays, and public holidays).

 • Delays may occur due to fabric availability, customization requests, or shipping conditions. Customers will be notified if any delay happens.

 

3. Customization

 • Any customization (size changes, sleeve adjustments, measurements, etc.) must be mentioned before production starts.

 • Once production begins, no changes can be made to the order.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 • Pre-orders cannot be canceled after production has started.

 • If cancellation is requested before production, only store credit may be issued (no cash refunds).

 

5. Returns & Exchanges

 • Pre-order items are made specifically per request; therefore, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are accepted unless:

 • The item is received damaged.

 • The item is not as described or has a production defect.

 • Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

 

6. Sizing Responsibility

 • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.

 • byfline provides guidance upon request, but the final decision is the customer’s responsibility.

 

7. Shipping

 • Shipping timelines vary based on the destination country.

 • Customs, duties, and taxes are the customer’s responsibility and may vary by country.
